Sri lanka golf holiday homes launched by john keells

John Keells Properties, a unit of John Keells Holdings said it has sold most of the land plots at Victoria Golf Resort in Kandy and it is now offering turnkey holiday villas and townhouses which could also be managed for their owners.

JK Properties said ’90 percent’ of land plots branded ‘Peacock Valley’ and is now focusing on Sunrise Ridge branded holiday homes, which come as townhouses and standalone villas.

Each 2000 square foot residence will have a kitchenette, a living room, a private deck and views of the golf course, Kandy hills and the Victoria reservoir.

Nayana Mawilmada, Sector Head at John Keells Properties said the projects gave an opportunities for an investor to own a home in a highly ranked golf course.

The golf course is partnering with Troon International, a US based golf management firm, this year.

Owners of the holiday homes will get a 5-year free membership at the golf club. Victoria Golf Resort will manage and maintain the resort free for five years.
